This Privacy Policy explains how Heartland Fleet Cleaning LLC (“Heartland Fleet Cleaning,” “HFC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit heartlandfleetcleaning.com (the “Site”), submit a contact or quote-request form, call or email us, or otherwise engage with our mobile fleet washing services.

Heartland Fleet Cleaning is a business-to-business mobile fleet washing company based in Peoria, Illinois, serving Central Illinois. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and our Site and services are intended for business and adult use only.

By using the Site or submitting information to us, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit information.

Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to respond to inquiries, deliver service, and run a small business. Specifically:

• Information you give us directly — name, company name, email address, phone number, fleet size, service location, message content, and any other details you provide through a contact or quote-request form, by phone, by email, or in person.
• Service and account information — for active customers, we keep records related to scheduled washes, service locations, invoices, payments, and communication history.
• Automatic technical information — when you visit the Site, your browser may automatically share standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, pages visited, and timestamps. This information is collected through standard server logs and third-party service providers (see “Third-Party Services” below).

We do not currently run web analytics, advertising pixels, or behavioral tracking on the Site. If that changes, we will update this policy.

We use reasonable physical, administrative, and technical safeguards to protect the information you share with us. The Site is served over HTTPS, account access is limited to authorized personnel, and we retain only the information we need to run the business.
