One-time intensive fleet wash for salt-corrosion winter recovery, pre-sale refresh, post-construction cleanup, and end-of-lease return prep. Multi-step process, quoted per truck.
When You Need a Deep Clean
A deep clean is what happens when routine washing has been skipped too long. Salt corrosion eating frame seams after a hard winter. Asphalt and aggregate residue baking into deck plates over a construction season. Decals fading, rocker panels rusting, undercarriages packed with material that has hardened past the point a routine wash can lift. By the time you can see the problem, you are not paying for a wash anymore — you are paying to recover what routine washing would have prevented.
One-time deep cleans are calibrated to that recovery work. Multi-step process with longer chemical dwell, careful pressure on aged paint and decals, dedicated time per truck for the residue mix you actually have. Pricing is quoted per truck and condition, not flat-rate, because a salt-eaten plow truck takes different work than a sale-prep dump truck or a post-harvest grain hopper.
For most fleet operators, deep cleans show up at predictable inflection points: end-of-winter salt purge, pre-auction or pre-sale refresh, end-of-lease return prep, post-construction-season storage, post-major-event cleanup. Each scenario has its own residue profile, and we adjust technique and dwell time accordingly. The output is the same: fleet returned to a baseline that routine washing can maintain from there.
End-of-winter chloride purge from frame seams, lower body panels, electrical connections, and undercarriages. Multi-step process with neutralizing chemistry to halt active corrosion before it gets worse.
Aged asphalt, baked clay, dried cement, oxidized brake dust. Multi-pass process with chemistry chosen for the specific residue and pressure controlled for the surface underneath.
Show-condition exterior detail before listing or auction. Decal preservation, polished aluminum care, paint clarity restoration. Lifts asking price visibly and pays for itself on the sale.
End-of-season detail for dump trucks, flatbeds, lowboys, and heavy equipment. Aggregate dust removal, asphalt and tar lift, undercarriage detail before storage extends fleet life.
Detail to lease-return condition. Documented before-and-after where the leasing company requires it. Saves the operator from reconditioning chargebacks at lease end.
Per-truck condition documentation on request. Useful for auctions, sales, lease returns, insurance claims. Standard on multi-truck deep clean engagements.
How Deep Cleans Work
Deep cleans start with a yard walk-through and per-truck condition assessment. We look at residue load, paint condition, decal status, frame and undercarriage corrosion, and the operator’s goal — pre-sale, end-of-season, lease return, or recovery from skipped maintenance. From there we quote per truck, factoring in equipment type, residue profile, and any documentation requirements.
On wash day, the crew arrives with the chemistry and equipment matched to the assessment. Multi-step processes apply where needed: pre-soak, dwell, pressure pass, second pass, rinse. For salt-corroded fleets coming out of winter, neutralizing chemistry runs first to halt active corrosion before standard wash technique. For hardened cement on neglected mixer drums, longer chemical dwell handles the bond before pressure tries to lift it. For aged asphalt on flatbeds, hot water plus degreaser pre-soak does the lifting that cold-water washes only smear.
We document the work. Per-truck condition notes, chemistry used, time on site, before-and-after photos where requested. The documentation supports auction and sale processes, lease-return arguments, and insurance claims. Fully insured, certificate of insurance available on request for any procurement, leasing, or facilities review — standard practice on most engagements.
